Scizzor Fairy will be here for her monthly visit, March 2. Space is limited. Sign-up starts at 12:30pm and haircuts start at 1:00pm.

This new group will be held Sundays at 3:15pm-5:15pm. The basic idea of this group is for us to sit and share with each other, much like a meeting but using music as an extra tool. We can request songs we’d like to hear, pick up an instrument and play something we know or created, look at lyrics or anything music related that can help us in our recovery. If music is a part of your recovery or you’d like it to be, please come and check it out! FREE!

For over a decade, the VRC’s Homeless Outreach Program has worked in assisting homeless residents of Mount Pleasant work on reducing the barriers that keep them on the street. Come to the VRC with your loved ones and keep the spirit of Valentine’s Day alive for another week! $5 (or half-price with proof of residence in a recovery facility).

The Originals is a live music showcase for performers in recovery. It happens once a month at the VRC and is put on in partnership with Together We Can. The first show of 2016 will be January 29 at 8pm. Admission is $5 at the door. Come out and hear for yourself the amazing talent in the recovery community!!
